IMPORTANT PRICE NOTES
The above pricelist is a basic outline of the prices that can be expected to pay but not set.
ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN US$ AND EURO, AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
Prospective clients will be informed in advance.
Returning clients will receive a discount on the above prices, or any referrals by prior clients will also receive a discount on their next trip.
Clients can also put together their own package from the above pricelist, where we will work together on better rates to accommodate everyone.
SECTION	DETAILS
01 — BOOKING & DEPOSIT	A deposit will be required to confirm your booking, payable in cash or wire transfer.
02 — PRE-ARRIVAL PAYMENT	50% of your total estimated safari cost is to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.
03 — FINAL BALANCE	The balance is payable upon completion of the safari in cash, by wire transfer or credit card. A 3% service fee is applicable to credit-card payments.
04 — CANCELLATION	Please enquire about our cancellation policy.
05 — PRICE CHANGES	All prices may be subject to change, due to fluctuations in exchange rates. Prospective clients will be notified in advance.
06 — CLIENT DOCUMENTATION	All clients are to sign the safari contract and indemnity waiver.
07 — PERMITS & PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS	Permits and prior arrangements are needed.
